CMP I: Loan Origination Program

CMP-I is designed for institutions with limited mortgage staff, but want the ability to provide all the products and services of a full mortgage bank. We provide customized marketing materials and your financial institution takes the calls from customers, obtains initial loan information needed to help them find the right loan and originates an application. All your registered loan officer has to do is forward the loan application through our easy-to-use Loan Technology Portal and we assist you with the rest. It’s that simple.

CMP II: Mortgage Direct Program

CMP II is a wholesale program for institutions that currently operate a mortgage division and are searching for a new partner with diverse product offerings, better pricing and impeccable service or want access to additional product offerings. This program allows your Institution to provide all the functions of origination and processing prior to underwriting.  As such, this program is designed for institutions that can devote licensed and qualified mortgage staff to submit fully processed loans and utilize CMP for assistance with underwriting, closing, and servicing.  With this program, you will have the ability to set your own pricing and profit margins.
